AssetReferenceDictionaryEntry

A dictionary entry that references an asset. Note that a dictionary may contain multiple of these entries, one for each asset mentioned or referenced in the message. For example, a message when swapping two restraints might contain two of these entries, one for the restraint being removed, and one for the restraint being added.
