Opens the color picker for a selected item
Parameters
- C: Character
  The character the appearance is being changed for
- Item: Item
  The currently selected item
- AssetGroup: AssetGroupName
  The focused group
- CurrentMode: | Cloth | Wardrobe | Color
  The mode to revert to on exiting the color picker
